How It's Made

We use Antimo Caputo's Pizza dough that is imported from Naples,Italy. It is demanded by maestri pizzaioli the world over and recognized by the leading Neapolitan pizza certification associations. “00” Pizzeria is ideal for classic Neapolitan Pizza in wood fired, gas or electric ovens. It produces a very soft and flavorful crust.
One of the most important parts of a true Italian pizza is its cheese. Aliño's brings authentic mozzarella made from buffalo milk in Naples, Italy. It definitely gives our pizzas a distinct and unique taste that leaves you only craving more.
Gerardo di Nola is widely famous for its exquisite tomatoes, and is one of the finest brands in all of Italy. These ripe, meaty tomatoes are a highlight of our pizzas.
The Olive Oil
